Irfan Razack's Bangalore developer Prestige Estates Projects, with roots in his family's garment business, has a portfolio of 90 million square feet under development, spanning housing, malls and office parks. It counts Louis Vuitton, Cisco and JPMorgan Chase as tenants. Departing from its premium image, Prestige is now venturing into mid-level housing. It is aslo building 6 malls in the next 2 years in cities like Mysore, Cochin, Hyderabad and Mangalore. Kingfisher Tower, its luxury residential tower in Bangalore, is slated for 2015 completion. Razack, a fan of Bollywood films, shares fortune with younger siblings Rezwan and Noaman, who work with him.
