The Givers and the Crusaders
In Mumbai’s 2009-10 racing calendar, the Forbes India Million was run towards the very end of the season. The 2010-11 season saw a change in schedule, and the race was one of the first few in the calendar. Ever keen to do our duty by the green apple martinis, we sacrificed our Sunday siestas on November 21 and ambled over to the Mahalaxmi Race Course.
