Nagarjuna made his acting debut as a child in the 1967 film Sudigundalu. It was almost 20 years later that he debuted, this time as the lead actor, in Vikram (1986). In 2012, he appeared in two films, Shirdi Sai and Dhamarukam, the latter seeing the biggest box-office opening of his career. He has one film-Bhai-lined up for 2013.
