The important thing is forming a great team to start and sustain a good venture. As MindTree's ten co-founders stuck together to make it big in the IT sector, Naukri's team stuck together to make it big in the dotcom sector. I liked the saying "stay away from people who are self promoters, who speak before they listen and those who don’t share credit with their teams".
