The Living Gadget

Go ahead—imagine a day with absolutely no access to any kind of technology whatsoever. One might shudder. Now imagine being so intimately connected to the living, breathing digital ecosystem that our very existence is pounded with a torrent of information every minute. Not a pretty thought either, right?

Somewhere in between lies a pool of tranquility—an ‘in-the-zone’ space that the best and most efficient workers thrive in. You’ve seen them; they make things look almost too easy. Work seems to seamlessly flow through and around them. And they get stuff done. In this era of always-connected mobile devices, ubiquitous data access, and here-and-now information updates, the winners are the ones who know how to juggle these technologies so they work in concert—for, and not against them.

This blog digs, unearths, handpicks, and curates a plethora of personal technologies—the best and most useful gadgets, web-based services and mobile apps that will help boost daily productivity, keep data safer yet accessible, or even entertain on those long-haul flights. We’ll help stop the technology inundation, and take back the reins.
