Giving

This blog will explore matters related to philanthropy in India and what makes Indians give or not give. It will draw comparisons and inspirations from other parts of the world and delve into the psyche of the Indian donor. It will try to bring to the forefront inspirational giving stories, examples of giving, tips and ideas on how to give, little-known facts about giving in India. It will argue that to bring about “true change” in India, the hearts and minds of the people of India will need to change and giving is the first step in that direction. The blog will address topics relevant to the one-off donor as well the one engaged in structured philanthropy.
