Definitely Rahul's efforts will benefit Congress in improving vote % in U.P. elections. Congress will be able to take a bite out of everyone's share in U.P. votes including BJP,SP and BSP as well. But in totallity that will only benefit the ruling BSP by its opponent being weakened by virtue of congress rise in this election. Thus its more likely that Mayawati will retain power.

This time Rahul Gandhi is the main object of many big Political leaders of UP and in forthcoming election Rahul will face the corruption in Congress leaders, party and its Govt. in central .The only back draw with Gandhi is corruption and cog leader who are pro corruption policy
