    I like the Quote by Confucius. If a country is well governed, there should not be poverty anywhere in the country. All sections should rise above Poverty and should be upwardly mobile, in terms of wealth. In such a country, if we find poverty anywhere, the Government and people will be ashamed of it. But, on the contrary, if a country is ill-governed, there will be poverty all around and if one or two manage to become wealthy, obviously, it is at the cost of others .That wealth is something to be ashamed of.
