Few human resource professionals would argue that bullying does not exist in the world of work. In any hierarchical organisation there is room for power to be abused. While type of industry, salary and gender can all play a part in the scale of workplace bullying, little systematic research has been done into the impact of a country’s culture on the acceptance of such behaviour.
There is so much talked about bullying in the workplace, but there is no mention of school in the United States. Where administration is so uptight when students bully other students, they suspend them or find another way like involving their parents. But there is something that is behind close doors, the same way students bully other students is the same way administration bully their staff, from teachers down to the lunchroom staff. My question is, how can a school over power the bullying situation with the students when they don\'t practice it themselves.
on Oct 15, 2013Bullying in workplaces are common and necessary also. We should not talk about why the bullying arises in workplace. Even we are not consider anything more or less we shout against Bullying. One of the reasons is Higher officials of the company always giving stress to workforce and getting work from them more than 14 hours/day. This is the main cause to argue with HR and relinquish their jobs immediately. I am having solution for that..I am asking to Higher officials Why should you give lot of work to one particular this is not a method to get work from them..Instead of, You ll assign them in particular job to them what ever it may be this is your responsibility you have to finish this at on time.....
