Japan’s economy has a lot of things working in its favor. For example, it is one of China’s nearest neighbors, which creates great export potential, as well as the ability to achieve economies of scale and benefit from low-cost employees. Other countries close by offer equally exciting economic opportunities, thanks to regional growth that is far more dynamic than anything occurring in Europe.

English language has brought countries together and helped universal growth of technology. Technological advancement and higher rate of growth is possible when ideas of people from various countries are put together and analysed for results. If communication is lacking and inputs of others are not analysed, it will affect growth. Those who understand globalism will keep growing.
on Feb 3, 2013I have gone through the views which are the reasons for falling, Japanese companies, behind. The first and foremost reason of their rigidity to adapt the culture of other companies, apart from the language. Due to poor understanding of English language, they don\'t understand the view point of the people working for them and they try to impose their view points to show their leadership style and not able to push the grown.
