The Mumbai Monorail Project is India's First

The spanking new monorail on a test run through the slums of Vashi Naka, heading towards Chembur. Passenger capacity of the entire project is expected to be 20,000 at peak hour

1,100,00,00,000 is the cost in rupees of the first phase of the 19.17 km Mumbai Monorail project. This 8.93 km stretch in the eastern part of the city, from Chembur to Wadala, is ready for use from February 2. The total cost of the project is estimated to be Rs 3,000 crore.
